SALE TERMS & CONDITION:

  1. It is hereby informed “techmartgadget.com or its parent concern TECHMART RETAILS is marketing and distribution company and is not a manufacturer.
  2. I/We hereby certify that my/our registration certificate under the TNGST Act 1959 is in force on the date on which the sale of the goods specified in this Bill / Cash memo / Invoice has been affected by me / us in the regular course of my/our business.
  3. Our responsibility ceases the moment goods leaves our warehouse.
  4. We provide proper GST invoice against all the products which we sell, we do not sell product without GST invoice. If you need your company’s GST No. on the invoice then kindly mention the same in the comment box which you can find while ordering, also you will need to provide the 3 pages of GST certificate of your company for GST invoice.
  5. 2.5% will be deducted as the convenience fee for orders getting cancelled by the buyer before shipping, once the order has been shipped it will be 5% charge if the orders get’s cancelled by the buyer. 3% will be deducted if buyer want’s to modify the order after being shipped and no charges applicable to modify the order before shipping. These charge will be adjusted from the refund amount. If the buyer opts for refund, then it will be initiated once we receive the product in same condition as it was shipped.
  6. Materials sold are spares and components of computers and do not form the complete system in full. Above goods are only in the form of components / sub-assemblies / and not a “New PC “unless it is specified as “New PC System”.
  7. Any products purchased from us for any special usage in abnormal environment i.e. Other than normal usage should be informed to us at the time of purchase otherwise the warranty is void and null.
  8. No Customer can waive responsibility on grounds of ignorance of terms & conditions.
  9. For gaming chairs only part replacement is applicable if the product delivered is defective or damaged, no refunds will be there for orders of gaming chairs.
  10. For “Dead on Arrival” products buyer needs to make sure that all the parts and accessories of the product should be there in the box which comes with it, failing will result non acceptance as DOA case and will be treated as RMA.
  11. Physical damage / mishandling of products / Tampering of warranty stickers – do not cover warranty. All product sold by us require technically qualified PC Hardware engineer for installation.
  12. techmartgadget.com has the rights to cancel any orders related to price or stock issues.
  13. The court at HARYANA shall have exclusive jurisdiction for deciding any disputes arising out of this sale contract.

WARRANTY & RMA TERMS:

 

 

  1. All products sold by us are in carry-in warranty only. Both side shipping charges needs to be paid by the buyer to RMA the product which is outside of our policy window.

 

  1. On-Site warranty is only covered under brand’s reach, if your area is outside brand’s reach then your warranty service automatically changes to Carry-In service.

 

  1. Our shipping service for shipping RMA products back to you does not covers insurance for damage caused in transit and we are not liable for anything in such case.

 

 

  1. Where the words “Direct Warranty” or “Manufacturer Warranty” are mentioned it means warranty is direct by Manufacturer / Distributor. We do not have any legal or financial liability for the same. In case you face any issue in claiming the warranty feel free to contact us.

 

 

  1. We request the customer to send the copy of our invoice for warranty purposes always when there is a service problem for products.

 

  1. Goods once sold will be accepted for warranty repair / replacement only if they are in good physical condition.

 

  1. Products with broken / burnt pins, pen / pencil markings, cracks, missing / tampered components / warranty stickers damaged will be rejected and considered warranty void in above conditions.

 

  1. Duration of RMA / WARRANTY CLAIM is as per brand’s concern, please do not argue with us for the delays as we have nothing to do with that, we are just helping you to get your product serviced / replaced.

 

  1. Warranty clause stand void for damage caused due to mishandling of equipment for any reasons causing damage of the products like lack of knowledge, improper handling, electricity problem etc., on the basis that under normal condition there would have been no damage of the product.

 

  1. Warranty is against manufacturing defects only, and as per manufacturer’s warranty policy. In case manufacturer has a local service center then for warranty claims customers has to approach the service center directly with their purchase details.

 

  1. Products under warranty will either be repaired or replaced as per manufacturer/ supplier warranty policy.

 

  1. We reserve the right to reject material received for warranty without accessories, manuals, Software CD’s / DVD’s & outer box packing.

 

  1. Any service litigations or problems must address directly to manufacturers/distributors address only. We are not responsible for any litigation thereof.

 

  1. Warranty service will be given only where the full payment is made on the due date.

 

  1. This service (RMA / WARRANTY CLAIM) is not a guaranteed service which can be provided for lifetime, this is a special service by us to our customers who faces difficulties in claiming their warranty or does not have any local service center. We have all the rights to revoke this service without any prior notice.

Order Cancellation

An order can be cancelled under following situations, by customer:
- All Prepaid orders are non cancellable and can be cancelled by customer only If the product is out of stock more than 7 Business days.

An order can be cancelled under following situations, by Techmart Gadget:
– COD Order remains unconfirmed due to no response from customer during validation (before dispatch)
– Items in an order have gone out of stock
– Order seems fraudulent

Once the order has been processed and dispatched, order cancellation requests cannot be initiated. This is only because Techmart Gadget may not have control over the logistics services at various checkpoints. Any order if dispatched, will be attempted to be delivered to customer (which customer can reject).

Every dispatched order, if rejected, results in RTO (Return to Origin), which is incurs a significant cost to Techmart Gadget and same will be recovered from customer. We therefore encourage all customers to reject an order delivery with thoughtfulness.

Note:
– Our order processing team takes off on Sunday (and National holidays), and hence the orders that confirm after 1:00 PM IST on a day before an off day, are processed for dispatch the next working day.
– There is cancellation fee for all cancellations of 2.5% if the order is not dispatched.
– Order cancellation does not apply to orders with express shipment request.

 

Return Policy

Techmart Gadget follows 7-days easy return policy on all the products, except where categorically mentioned otherwise.

Product(s) can be returned within 7-days from the date of delivery, if:
– Product arrived is in damaged condition (Report same day of delivery for damage complaint. If you raise a complaint Next day of delivery then no damage complaint will be entertained.)
– Wrong product delivered.
– Product is DOA (dead on arrival) or defective

Every product that is to be returned must first:
– Reach back our warehouse
– Arrive in good condition (unless where it was delivered in damaged or DOA/defective condition)
– Go through inspection process by our experts at warehouse

If the seal of the product has been voided (opened) and the product is not faulty then return will not be applicable. Inspection at our warehouse will suggest if your returned product(s) shall be eligible for Replacement.

Replacement Clause:

Every Transit damaged is eligible for replacement if reported Same day of Product delivery, DOA or defective product is eligible for a free replacement by Techmart Gadget within 7 days of Product delivery.

 

Refund Policy

Refund is applicable (eligible) if:
– If the order is cancelled by TECHMART GADGET

We endeavor to initiate an eligible refund within 3-4 business days. Further, it may take additional 7-10 working days for the banks to process the return initiated.

If the payment was made through our payment gateway, then it will be refunded in same account. In case of BANK TRANSFER and COD orders, refunds will be processed only in buyer’s bank account with NEFT/RTGS. Refunds in any case usually take a working week to reflect in bank account. We appreciate your understanding and patience in this matter.

You will be notified when refund has been initiated by us, with transaction reference number. In case of any refund discrepancies, we may request you to share with us your bank statement and/or follow up with your bank.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • COD payment option allows you to make the payment in cash at the time of delivery.
  • COD payment option is available on selected PIN codes only, at nominal COD service charge.
  • COD is subject to service availability in shipping region from time to time. Bandhs, Protests, COVID-19 situations may severely impact the COD service. We do our best to fulfil your COD orders on ASAP basis.
  • COD Order confirmation page after checkout follows order validation.
  • All COD orders must be validated before they are processed and dispatched. Our system attempts validation automatically by contacting you via SMS or phone call. In situation where automatic validation fails, a manual verification might be triggered, where our support team might contact you to validate your COD order on phone. We DO NOT ask any sensitive information during order validation like CVV, OTP, etc.
  • COD orders are applicable for order value maximum of Rs.15000
  • Pre-paid orders will be prioritized over that of COD orders.
